2. Scope

This policy applies to BipBip Running and explains how data is handled when you use the app and its race and training analysis features.

3. Data We Access

With your explicit permission, BipBip Running reads workout and fitness data from Apple Health/Fitness, such as running distance, duration, pace, date/time, and heart-rate metrics related to your runs.

BipBip Running does not request or collect account registration data such as your email, phone number, or other profile fields inside the app.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is used only to provide training insights, race analysis, trend visualization, and related performance summaries inside the app. Processing is based on your consent for Health data access, which you can revoke at any time in iOS settings.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

BipBip Running does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external data brokers for your health and workout data. Data is not sold. Data may only be disclosed if required by applicable law.

6. Retention

BipBip Running is designed to read data needed for in-app analysis. You can stop further access at any time by removing Health permissions in iOS. Any data displayed in the app remains under your control on your device and in Apple Health according to your Apple settings.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, where applicable. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise rights, contact gerardo@latteandcode.com.

8. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
